User Agreement
Membership Agreement
Please read the following agreement carefully before you become a member of our site.
1 - Parties
a) Mangodo Dijital Pazarlama ve Reklam Çözümleri Ticaret Limited Şirketi which carries out the activities of the store.mangodo.com website. (hereinafter referred to as Mangodo).
b) Internet user who is a member of the store.mangodo.com website ("Member")
c) a user who is a member or not a member of the store.mangodo.com website ("User")
2 - Subject of Contract
The subject of this Agreement is to determine the terms of use of the member from the website of Mangodo, store.mangodo.com .
3 - Rights and Obligations of the Parties
3.1. Mangodo publishes the links they give to the website as a recommendation and reference. Mangodo is not responsible for any disturbing or provocative behavior in the links.
3.2. The member is responsible for the content such as the image and sound he/she publishes. Mangodo is not responsible for the content published by the member.
3.3. Mangodo is not responsible for the problems that may occur due to the capture of the member's account information and the user information it has created.
3.4. The member cannot share an infected content or a file that has the potential to harm any electronic device on Mangodo. If it is shared, necessary legal and penal methods will be applied. Damages caused by the shared file are the responsibility of the Member.
3.5. The member must register by confirming this agreement during registration. After registration, Mangodo accepts Member agreements as confirmed. It is not possible to register without approval. If the Member behaves inconsistently with the contract after registration, Mangodo will close the Member's account and apply legal and penal methods if necessary.
3.6. The member cannot exhibit any behavior that disturbs or harms the society through Mangodo.
3.7. Mangodo may update its contracts when necessary and may/may not inform its Members on this matter. If the contract is updated, all members registered in Mangodo must also comply with the updated contract. If the Member wishes to withdraw from the contract after the updated contract, Mangodo will close the Member's account without paying any refund.
3.8. Mangodo cannot be held responsible for any damages from third parties.
3.9. In addition to the information provided by the Member during registration, Mangodo stores the IP address, browser and registration date that the Member did not voluntarily give in the system.
3.10. Mangodo cannot provide any Member's information without the Member's permission, unless it is in commercial agreements such as advertisements, surveys, company agreements. In commercial agreements, Mangodo has the right to provide information to third parties without the consent of the Members.
3.11. In the event of a system crash outside of Mangodo's control, the loss of time due to the interruption will be reflected to the Members.
3.12. When Mangodo finishes any of its services voluntarily, it will refund all its Members covering that service within 14 days.
3.13. If the member has purchased a paid service, he/she must pay for the service within a maximum of 1 month. The system will automatically delete all the information of the Member 1 month after the service payment is not made.
3.14. Copyright problems that may occur due to the content shared by the Member is the responsibility of the Member.
3.15. Mangodo has all the rights on the site. It has the right to design changes, functional changes, to enter the Member's account, to change/see the contents and information of the Member.
3.16. Member must be 18 years old or over 18 years old. If the user is under the age of 18 and the age of the business owner is over 18, the user can register in the system. If the age of the business owner is less than 18, Mangodo has the right to close the Member's account if it is determined.
3.17. Member and User cannot copy, reproduce or process any content in the system without written permission from Mangodo. Mangodo reserves its rights in any transaction made other than those specified.
3.18. Mangodo can send messages to the e-mail address and mobile phones provided by the Member when registering to the system.
3.19. If the member approves this agreement, he is deemed to have accepted the Distance Sales Agreement and the Privacy Policy .
3.20. Mangodo is not responsible for any transactions not made through store.mangodo.com
3.21. Mangodo may change its service prices. In this case, the price of the service received by the Member will also be updated.
3.22. The member has a return request.
4 - Termination of Contract
The contract will remain in effect until the member requests to cancel his membership or his membership is canceled by Mangodo. In the event that the member violates any provision of the membership agreement, Mangodo may terminate the agreement unilaterally by canceling the membership of the member.
5 - Settlement of Disputes
Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized in disputes related to the contract.
6 - Enforcement
Membership registration means that the member has read all the articles in the membership agreement and accepted the articles in the membership agreement. The contract was concluded at the time of the member's membership and entered into force mutually.
