ARTICLE 2 - SUBJECT
The subject of this contract is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of the Consumer regarding the sale and delivery of the service, whose code, service name and sales price are specified in Article 3.1, and where they become a member electronically on the store.mangodo.com website .
ARTICLE 3 - DETERMINING THE MATTERS REGARDING THE AGREEMENT SERVICE, PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
3.1 - SERVICES
The main features of the services are available at https://store.mangodo.com/en/register.
The prices listed and announced on the site are the sales price. Advertised prices and promises are valid until updated and changed. Prices announced for a period of time are valid until the end of the specified period.
All taxes of the contracted service are included in the sales price.
3.2 - DELIVERY METHOD AND PLAN
BUYER , After free registration at store.mangodo.com , the service is delivered to the SELLER instantly. If the service is paid after the registration process is completed, payment will be expected from the BUYER within 1 month.
3.3 - DELAY INTEREST
Late payment interest is not applied by the SELLER.
ARTICLE 4 - GENERAL PROVISIONS
4.1
The BUYER declares on the website of store.mangodo.com that he has read the preliminary information about the basic characteristics, sales price, payment method and delivery of the service subject to the contract and has given the necessary confirmation in electronic environment. BUYER; By confirming this Membership Agreement electronically, the SELLER confirms that it has obtained the basic features of the service ordered and the price of the products, including taxes, correctly and completely, which should be given to the BUYER by the SELLER before the conclusion of the distance contracts .
4.2
The SELLER does not refund the BUYER in case of problems arising from the impossibility of the service provided by third parties . If the SELLER voluntarily completes the service provided, if the BUYER has paid the service fee for the current month, the SELLER returns only the service fee of the current month to the BUYER within 14 days.
4.3
In order for the service to work fully, this Membership Agreement must be confirmed electronically. If for any reason the service fee is not paid or canceled in the bank records, the SELLER, It automatically deletes the BUYER's service from its system after 1 month.
4.4
the SELLER changes the prices of the service it provides, the price of the service purchased by the BUYER will also be updated.
ARTICLE 5 - REFUND PROCEDURE
The BUYER has the right to request a refund for the service fee paid in the current month, up to 7 days after the day he made the payment in the current month. Return request should not exceed 7 days.
In the case of the return of the service paid for in the current month; The SELLER shall return the entire amount collected to the credit card from which the collection was made, within 14 days at a time.
The BUYER accepts and undertakes that it has read and accepted this procedure.
ARTICLE 6 - AUTHORIZED COURT
the BUYER's or SELLER's settlement are authorized up to the value declared by the Ministry of Industry and Trade . They are the authorities to be applied by the buyer .
In the event that the service payment is made, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this contract.
This Agreement is made for commercial purposes.
